Allmo integrates with third-party services, such as Click Mechanic for garage bookings. When you use these third-party services, their terms and conditions apply. We are not responsible for the content or performance of these services.

By using the Allmo app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Allmo is provided by Loopin LTD, and these terms govern your use of the app and services.

3. Subscription and Paid Features

Allmo offers both free and premium subscription services. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to the terms of payment and billing shown during the checkout process. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Allmo is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the functionality, reliability, or availability of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Loopin LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Allmo. This includes but is not limited to vehicle damage, missed reminders, or third-party service issues.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Allmo at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
